It is therefore essential for the Microsoft to identify exactly how they are different from others and how OCS is going to reduce the cost for them.
Dynamics CRM 4.0 was the only version of CRM that experienced significant acceptance in the market. Its impact was so much that by July 2009, the user count had already crossed one million mark completely eradicating the failures of its earlier versions.
