We play in a slow pitch softball league just for the fun of it. I a recent game when I was pitching, the batter hit a scorcher right back at me. I was barely able to get my glove up in from of my face in a split second. This reaction saved me from a trip to the local hospital for a serious injury. The force of the ball was so great that it knocked me off my feet, but I was still able to catch the ball. I owe this lifesaver to playing fast paced action games, which improved my reflexes, reaction time and hand-eye coordination greatly.
